We stayed two nights in Gouda and took a day to ride through Kinderdijk.
On the way out of Gouda we past the cheese store, with large rounds of cheese displayed in the window.
While Uncle Gary was busy taking photos Gail, Case and I hopped on the ferry encouraged by the captain's wave to 'quick get on'. Luckily, it was the shortest ferry ride I've (Jolene) ever taken, crossing a moderate size canal in only a ten minute round trip. Just enough time for Uncle Gary to take a few more photos before catching up with us again.
Ever wondered how a windmill works?
